Yes. Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing their own domain name and hosting or platform subscriptions. We will assist with connecting domain settings upon request. We ask you to buy these in your own name on purpose — it means the site, the address and the account are yours outright, and you are never locked in to anybody.
Revisions cover layout, copy adjustments, and styling within the agreed initial project scope. Major scope additions outside the chosen tier will be quoted separately — adding a booking system to a Starter build, for instance, or going from six pages to twelve. We will always tell you before anything becomes a separate quote, never after.
Project timelines begin once all required client branding, logos, copy, and access details are provided. Starter builds typically take a few days from that point, Standard around a week, and Premium longer depending on the functionality involved. The most common cause of a slow project is waiting on content, which is why we ask for it up front.
That is normal and it is not a problem. Tell us at the start and we will build with clearly marked placeholders so you can see the shape of the thing, then drop your real content in. What we will not do is invent facts about your business and quietly publish them.
You do. There is no monthly fee to us, no proprietary platform you have to keep renting, and no part of the site we hold back. If you later want somebody else to work on it, they can.
Often, yes — it depends what it was built on. Send us the address through the form below and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth rebuilding or improving, including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.
